How to Download QR Codes from the Dashboard

QR codes make it easy to share parking links with parkers. You can now generate and download them directly in the Offstreet dashboard — no waiting, no emails.

Where to Find the QR Generator

You can download QR codes from three places in the dashboard:

• Tenant view → Lookup Links table
• Location view → Lookup Links table
• Company view → Lookup Links table

Look for the new Download QR Codes buttons.

Option 1: Download a Single QR Code

1. Go to the Lookup Links tab.
2. Find the row for the tenant or location you want.
3. Click Download QR Code.

That’s it! Your QR code will save as a PNG file, ready to share.

Option 2: Download All QR Codes (Bulk)

1. Go to the Lookup Links tab.
2. At the top of the table, click Download All QR Codes.
3. All valid QR codes on the page (up to 50) will download together as a ZIP file.

File Naming

Each QR code is automatically named so you can easily sort and share:

Location_TenantName.png

Tips & Notes

• 50 per page: Bulk download applies to the QR codes you see on screen (max 50). For more than 50 tenants, just repeat per page.
• Missing codes: If a tenant doesn’t have a lookup link yet, the bulk download will skip it and show you how many were skipped.
• ZIP files: Bulk downloads come as a ZIP file. Just double-click to open it and access all PNGs.
