Stripe Connect

Offstreet uses Stripe Connect to securely process payments on behalf of your organization. When you enable Offstreet Payments, your organization is required to connect a Stripe Account. This is done through Stripe Connect—a secure integration that allows Offstreet to:

• Route payments directly to your Stripe account.
• Handle payment process and fee calculations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Why It Matters

Stripe Connect gives your organization full control over how payments are received and managed—while Offstreet handles the rest of the workflow (like permit validation and checkout).

What do I need to do?

To start collecting payments, an admin from your organization will complete a short onboarding flow to create and connect a Stripe account to Offstreet's Stripe account.

You only need to do this once. After your account is connected, you'll be able to manage payment settings and receive payouts automatically through Stripe.
