April 2025 Product Updates

This month, we released several major updates to improve visibility, reporting, and the user experience. From a brand new dashboard homescreen to reporting enhancements and distance display in events, here’s what’s new.

New Features

Dashboard Homescreen

We’ve introduced a new dashboard homescreen for users with visibility into multiple locations or company-wide activity.

Summarizes key metrics like total sessions, lots used, and session value
Breaks down permit types, rates, and sources with easy-to-read charts
Includes an events panel showing current and upcoming activity
Supports day, week, and month views for flexible reporting
Available to users with Read Company, Read Locations, or Read Location roles

Simplified Payment Settings

We've added a new company-level payment settings page that allows admins to create and manage reusable payment configurations independently of registration settings.

Manage taxes, fees, and Stripe setups without linking to registrations

Events – Display Distance to Venue

Guests can now see the distance between parking locations and the event venue directly in the Portal. Helpful for events with multiple parking options.

Displays walking distance or time between each parking location and venue
Backed by Google Maps API, with caching for performance

Improvements & Fixes

Registration Report – Split Code Metadata

We’ve updated the Registration Report to separate registration code metadata into individual columns for easier analysis and filtering.

Each field now appears in its own column
Applies to registration report type

Fix: Registration Blocked by Permit List

Resolved an issue where vehicles were incorrectly blocked from registration due to a false permit list conflict.

Fix: Month Picker Input Formatting

Removed an unnecessary end dash from the month picker to improve date range formatting.
