Offstreet Release Notes – June 2025

June brought some exciting new capabilities and critical improvements across the platform. Here’s a full breakdown of what’s new, what’s improved, and what’s been fixed.

New Features

Portal & Email Branding (White Labelling)

Clients can now apply their logo and brand colours across portal and email touchpoints to align every guest experience with their own visual identity.

• Self-serve branding editor for instant visual updates
• Consistent branding across guest and admin flows

Events Wizard UI Overhaul (Phase 1)

The Events Wizard has been restructured to combine date/time, location, and pricing into a single step called Parking Settings. This update simplifies the flow and prepares the UI for future multi-day event support.

Other Enhancements

• Permits are now automatically deleted when associated tenants are removed
• You can now control the position and scale of logos in portal branding

Bug Fixes

• Change License Plate: Plate changes now sync correctly to Genetec
• QR Code in Host Instructions: QR display and validation works reliably
• Permit Expiry Time: Editing the expiry time no longer clears permit schedules
• Event Save: Save button now functions as expected in all scenarios
• Instruction Times: Time field now shows correct value (no more 12:00 AM default)
• Tenant Name in Emails: Tenant names now appear properly in guest-facing emails
